Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 help desk support to end users
  • Build and deploy user hardware (including workstations, phones, printers, and tablets)
  • Assist with imaging and repairing laptops
  • Assist with disposal of outdated and/or non-functioning equipment (hardware disposal, recycling, and repair)
  • Assist users with Moves/Adds changes
  • Printer maintenance
  • Engage in an eight-week long Intern Learning Project (exposure to construction project lifecycle, weekly sessions with SMEs, team presentation to leadership)
