Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their travel risk management needs and ensure they are leveraging Everbridge’s solutions effectively
  • Provide expert guidance on travel risk management best practices and how to integrate these into the use of Everbridge’s software
  • Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Everbridge’s Travel Protector and CEM software
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers to ensure they are proficient in using the software
  • Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to enhance software features and functionality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Support customers during critical events by providing timely and effective solutions using Everbridge’s software
