Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Proven track record of applying AI tools and workflows (including ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and impact
  • Curiosity for all things SEO, GEO, data, analytics, and technology

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to convey complex SEO/GEO concepts to clients and internal teams

  • Strong understanding of web analytics platforms, technical SEO troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and content management systems
  • Experience with structured data markup and web development best practices is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research, analyze website content, competitor landscapes, and market trends to create innovative SEO strategies
  • Diagnose technical SEO issues, collaborate with development teams on solutions, and ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices
  • Monitor and measure both Organic Search and AI Search performance, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Serve as an SEO/GEO advocate within the Client Services Team, offering educational support and driving new business development initiatives
  • Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement and optimize SEO & GEO strategies
  • Develop and implement effective SEO/GEO strategies for clients
  • Become the go-to contact for client SEO & GEO engagements, diving deep into website analysis, competitor landscapes, and market research to craft innovative strategies for improving organic search & GenAI visibility
