Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and motivate the team
Ensure quality, yield, and output deliverables
Maintain and champion EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives
Drive 5S and process improvements
Take ownership of the area
Act as a representative at daily meetings, reporting on metrics and escalating issues
Coordinate between teams
Support daily walk-around activities
Interact with quality, engineering, and other relevant support functions as required
