Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and motivate the team
  • Ensure quality, yield, and output deliverables
  • Maintain and champion EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives
  • Drive 5S and process improvements
  • Take ownership of the area
  • Act as a representative at daily meetings, reporting on metrics and escalating issues
  • Coordinate between teams
  • Support daily walk-around activities
  • Interact with quality, engineering, and other relevant support functions as required
