Responsibilities

Guide various project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices to delight clients
Guide assigned project teams on self-organization and filling Agile/Scrum framework gaps
Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams/organizations to higher levels at a sustainable pace
Remove impediments or guide teams to remove them by finding appropriate personnel
Build trusting environments where problems are raised without fear, emphasizing healing and problem-solving
Facilitate work without coercion, assigning, or dictating
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal/external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information
Support and educate Product Sponsor on grooming/maintaining product backlog
Provide servant leadership support to the team and lead by example
Perform analysis of resource utilization for projects and measure future needs
Establish and drive development/tracking of additional services revenue opportunities
Understand client needs, match to services/products, manage expectations
Communicate goals and critical success factors persuasively
Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction via effective project management
Manage project initiation: identify contractual obligations, client needs/goals, situations, contacts; gain info access
Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Identify resources, define/assign major project roles
Coordinate activities/tasks among team members, internal departments, clients, vendors/subcontractors to meet goals on schedule, budget, and quality
