The Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making. This includes areas such as staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance.
The Senior Workforce Management Professional's work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This individual assesses organizational staffing, identifies requirements, and develops solutions to meet workforce objectives. They provide analysis of talent and staffing needs based on enterprise-level strategic planning to influence department strategy. This individual makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components and works without direction, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
