  • Extensive knowledge of Workday system life cycles, HR systems, and processes to interpret business requirements into technical solutions

  • Experience in root cause analysis, end-user support, and implementing solutions for advanced system issues

  • Experience in training, documentation, mentoring junior peers, and release management (reviewing releases for impacts and enhancements)
  • Accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability across systems and interfaces

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement system changes to align with business needs, managing setup and data elements of foundational structures in Workday; manage feature lifecycles from inception to retirement/upgrade
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday (Recruit, CRM, Offer Management, Performance, Succession, Feedback), providing consultative solutions on business processes, design, configuration, and testing; proactively offer options, risks, and impacts
  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions
  • Partner with business units to build relationships, ensure alignment between Workday capabilities and business goals, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to business unit needs to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Provide training and assistance to People support staff, create/update documentation and communications, mentor junior peers, and offer shadowing opportunities
  • Review functionality in Workday releases to assess business impacts and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Maintain data integrity, focusing on quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability across core systems and interfaces
  • Collaborate with internal People teams to implement, optimize, and maintain the Twilio Workday platform, maximizing efficiencies for strategic and operational needs
