7+ years of experience in wealth strategy, estate planning, trust services, or private banking
Proven success in sales and relationship management within the high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth space
Deep expertise in trust and fiduciary services, investment management, estate and tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills—you make complex topics approachable and actionable
Ability to collaborate with both internal partners and external advisors (attorneys, CPAs, investment professionals)
Series 7 and 63 licenses required (Note: FINRA 66 and 65 not required for this role)
Professional designations such as CFP®, CFTA, CFA®, or CIMA® are strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Lead with advice, not products. Help clients make informed decisions by understanding their full financial picture—trust and estate planning, investment management, tax strategy, and beyond
Design bespoke solutions. Partner with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and internal specialists to craft estate plans, wealth transfer strategies, and fiduciary solutions that align with clients' long-term objectives
Engage with purpose. Build strong, lasting relationships through meaningful conversations—asking the right questions, identifying opportunities, and offering strategic recommendations
Stay at the forefront of wealth planning. Keep up with evolving tax laws, trust structures, and estate planning techniques to ensure your clients benefit from the latest thinking and best practices
Collaborate across the firm. Work closely with relationship managers, portfolio managers, and credit advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services and proactive client support
Drive new business. Leverage your network of attorneys, CPAs, and centers of influence to identify prospective clients and expand relationships
Educate and empower. Present complex financial concepts in a clear, relatable way—helping clients and their advisors confidently navigate key decisions
Champion compliance and fiduciary excellence. Ensure all planning recommendations meet federal, state, and local regulations while upholding the highest standards of integrity
