Senior Water Resources Engineer / Project Manager at AMT Engineering

The position is based in the Richmond, VA office, but flexible work arrangements are offered.

Candidates need a BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources, minimum 7 years of water resources experience, hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience with common software, Virginia or Maryland PE license (NC or SC preferred), and CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills are also required.

A strong candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience leading water resources tasks for transportation projects, PE licensure in VA or MD (NC/SC preferred), experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and MicroStation/OpenRoads, and excellent communication skills. Experience with VDOT, MDSHA, NCDOT, SCDOT projects and permit approvals is ideal.
