Requirements

5+ years experience in UX design and Product Design
Experience designing for complex applications and intricate data structures
Hands-on experience in creating a wide range of UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Expert in Figma
Strong visual design skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in English
A strong interest in workshopping and user research is a significant plus
Portfolio submission is mandatory as part of the application

Responsibilities

Champion user-centred design and enhance the overall product experience for users
Work closely with various product teams, with project focus and responsibilities varying over time
Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, fellow UX designers, and developers
Shape new concepts and products, as well as strategically refine existing designs
Make impactful and thoughtful design choices to deliver the best possible user experiences
Design for complex enterprise systems, data-intensive products, data visualisation, and clear information hierarchies
Leverage and contribute to the growth and refinement of a well-established design system
