Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end research projects using various qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs and behaviours
  • Drive business impact by translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that guide the product strategy and roadmap – influencing business, product and design decisions
  • Create compelling and concise deliverables, including reports, presentations, and workshops, to communicate research insights effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by bringing together product, design, engineering and business teams to align and foster collaboration in addressing user challenges
  • Push for user-centricity by advocating for the value of user research and evangelise research insights, promoting a user-centred mindset across teams and stakeholders
  • Democratise research by mentoring colleagues on best practices for embedding research into product development and design processes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the impact of user research
