Knowledge of observability tools like Fullstory, Figma, Proto, and Quantum Metric, plus experience with Web Analytics, eCommerce, and Agile/Lean practices is required, along with 5-8 years in user research.

They should be able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
