Requirements

Proven experience in building, governing, and scaling design systems for large-scale digital products, focusing on consistency and flexibility
Technical knowledge of design implementation, including component structure, variables, and tokens (experience as a 'Technical Designer' highly beneficial)
Experience designing for any screen size using flexible, responsive principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce immaculate, well-documented design files for engineering handoff
Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical details for non-technical team members
Senior-level ability to take ownership, define technical design direction, and inspire high standards in others
Strong foundational UX skills alongside UI expertise

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable design systems, including component libraries and documentation for engineering handover
Deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, high-fidelity UI designs for complex enterprise applications
Guide clients on technical feasibility, design best practices, and showcase expertise to senior stakeholders
Act as a bridge between design, product, and technical teams, communicating design rationale and technical details to senior management
Mentor junior team members on technical design, component architecture, and best practices
