Ability to maintain project records, including compiling daily field reports, maintaining the project materials notebook, and generating monthly estimates
5+ years of transportation construction experience, ideally within the State of Virginia
Preferred: All VDOT certifications (partial certifications considered depending on previous project experience)

Verification of all work performed being in accordance with plans and contractual specs
Measurement and verification of pay quantities, dimensions, and specifications
Act as a liaison between LAP program administrators and prime contractor
