Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key support resource for a team of 4 within EP Global Commercial Quality, focusing on training needs and documentation
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data entry and document control
  • Provide occasional training sessions for managers, especially when process or system changes occur
  • Act as a liaison between quality and IT support, assisting with troubleshooting, investigations, and problem-solving
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all documentation and system updates
  • Maintain and update training records and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and training initiatives
