Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Partner will design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms, perform threat modeling, secure integration reviews, and conduct security assessments. This role involves leading cross-functional compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, and GDPR, guiding platform teams in agile, secure delivery and governance, and partnering with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment. Responsibilities also include responding to and managing incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring business continuity.
