Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, and Mid-servers, is essential. Familiarity with AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI is also necessary. The role requires the ability to lead customer design workshops and provide technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Consultant will act as a technical expert on customer engagement teams, configuring ServiceNow Customer Workflow products to accelerate customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include educating the ServiceNow community through white papers, advising customers on leveraging the platform, supporting customer-specific process definition and re-engineering, and leading design workshops. The consultant will guide customers through ServiceNow capabilities, draft and review user stories, and provide ad-hoc oversight and training to customer administrators. They will also perform hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform, implement AI offerings, prepare customer-facing deliverables, manage multiple complex projects, lead continuous improvement practices, and support sales activities when required. Travel up to 50% annually may be necessary.
