Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in high-growth tech companies (in-house or a combination of agency + in-house)
  • A track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance
  • Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to finding and engaging underrepresented top talent
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
  • Comfortable with working from our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week

  • Partner with hiring managers across key departments to scale their teams
  • Own sourcing and screening for technical roles. Increase representation in our hiring pipelines
  • Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop and execute effective search strategies using data insights to continually optimize the recruiting process
  • Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making outcomes
  • Work from our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week
