Requirements

5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in high-growth tech companies (in-house or a combination of agency + in-house)
A track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance
Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to finding and engaging underrepresented top talent
Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
Comfortable with working from our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers across key departments to scale their teams
Own sourcing and screening for technical roles. Increase representation in our hiring pipelines
Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Develop and execute effective search strategies using data insights to continually optimize the recruiting process
Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making outcomes
Work from our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week
