Due to the continued, unprecedented growth of NVIDIA’s EMEA teams, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6-month maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will be a specialist in recruiting tough-to-fill technology roles, with a keen interest in state-of-the-art technology and a proven understanding of how it is commercialized.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Own the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on AI and technical roles, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA’s high hiring standards.
    • Craft final drafts of job descriptions for consistency and brand voice.
    • Filter incoming applications and conduct initial screenings to assess both technical fit and candidate interest.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a positive, engaging, and memorable journey for every candidate.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with stakeholders, including senior leadership (up to VP level), to understand complex technical hiring needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and deliver results across EMEA.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to NVIDIA’s employer brand, especially within the AI and tech talent market, by representing our culture, values, and technical excellence through every candidate interaction.
  • HR Operations Support:
    • Support local HR operations, including offer preparation, onboarding administration, and general coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth new hire process.
    • Collaborate on employee programs, assisting with processes related to sales and intern compensation, incentive programs, and regional HR initiatives.
  • Project Contribution: Participate in global and regional HR/recruiting projects as needed, contributing to the evolution of scalable and forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, particularly within the AI and deep tech space, to maintain NVIDIA’s competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • HR Insights: Maintain awareness of key HR themes, such as talent retention, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and career development opportunities, providing insights to help inform hiring and workforce planning decisions.

What We Need to See:

  • A degree in a technology or business discipline (or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Outstanding technical sourcing skills gained in-house.
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced role, preferably with a multi-stranded, global focus.
  • A proven sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
  • The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple partners.
