Responsibilities
- Drive execution and delivery of software development deliverables from initiation through closure
- Leverage Agile and Scrum experience to lead teams to successful delivery
- Lead delivery teams through identification and management of risks, resolution of issues, and escalation to management as appropriate
- Facilitate team ceremonies
- Facilitate meetings/workshops with groups beyond the immediate delivery team
- Facilitate team through resolution of complex issues
- Drive workshops/meetings to conclusion and/or actionable outcomes
- Ensure group participation
- Develop and deliver outcomes/results/notes appropriate to the audience level
- Manage team dynamics, morale, and motivation while building a culture of respect for all members and viewpoints
