Requirements

Coordinate the full lifecycle of an online project, encompassing UX, design, front and back-end development, testing, and delivery
Participate in client meetings, presenting plans and deliverables, explaining processes, and maintaining meeting minutes
Efficiently communicate with clients and third-party vendors through various channels, fostering client satisfaction and trust
Understand business needs across diverse sectors and guide clients through their digital transformation journey
Translate client needs and decisions into thorough specification documents for the production team
Possess a deep understanding of web development processes, from strategy and design to development and related technologies
Participate in technical meetings with third-party vendors, understand requirements, and make decisions on system integrations
Have a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge to effectively communicate with both the technical team and clients, anticipating and preventing technical issues
Help the production team formulate solutions to customer problems related to online commerce, news portals, travel portals, and other online business projects
Develop the project’s timeplan, considering client needs, third parties’ capabilities, technical requirements, and systems involved
Lead the production process by working with, inspiring, and motivating IT, UX, Design, Development, and Digital Marketing teams
Unearth and solve problems with solution functionality by coordinating testing processes with the production team
Supervise the project team by appropriately assigning tasks and allocating resources
Passionate about digital solutions with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to represent the company confidently
