Requirements

  • 12+ years of Program Management experience driving the planning and execution of large programs, software engineering projects in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communications and technical presentation skills; enthusiastic, energetic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement
  • Experience with security reviews or leading a team through the security review process
  • Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, to the point that you can comfortably guide an engineering team on how to use these tools and execute in an Agile/scrum manner
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in making programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
  • Expert in Enterprise scale lean process development
  • Strong background in rolling out new efficiencies organization-wide
  • Ability to drive cross org alignment across senior and executive leaders
  • Experience with cloud architectures
  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of managed services programs in DGX Cloud, ensuring alignment with business and Product leadership
  • Engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and reliability challenges in managed services
  • Champion the AI developer experience in DGX Cloud managed services by incorporating customer feedback into program roadmaps
  • Shepherd NVIDIA solutions through the internal open-source contribution process, coordinate with legal, security, compliance, and open-source program office; ensure approvals are obtained; manage internal tools/workflows; and track contribution lifecycle until public release
  • Incorporate customer and open-source community feedback into program roadmaps
  • Identify and resolve/mitigate risks and resolve issues that affect all aspects of scope, schedule, and quality
  • Develop and drive a communication strategy that provides cross functional and org visibility on overall Program progress and engineering delivery
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, finding opportunities for process enhancements
  • Gather requirements, drive prioritization, schedules, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality and ensure the quality standards of the programs are achieved
  • Be the connective tissue between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams, creating cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers
