The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5, determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
This is a hybrid role.
Candidates need a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, 8+ years in semiconductor program management or engineering leadership, strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design flows from RTL-to-release, experience scripting or automating workflows (Python preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
You'll collaborate with individuals who exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills in a diverse work environment, leading programs that impact GPU and SoC innovation at the intersection of engineering excellence, automation, and execution leadership.
Stand out with background in DFX, DFT, or datacenter-class silicon testability, experience with EDA tool data analytics, APIs, or dashboards, and a track record of implementing automation or process improvements at scale.
