The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead technical programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. They will act as a Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. The manager will align engineering roadmaps with business objectives, tracking progress through Agile tools, and identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to optimize delivery. They will foster cross-team collaboration, implement Agile best practices, own stakeholder communication, and promote a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning.
