Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of product management experience in technology or a technology-enabled services industry, specifically within a SaaS product environment. They require experience utilizing data and primary research to inform solution design and decision-making, along with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including data architecture, front-end workflow applications, integration, and AI. Furthermore, experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and leveraging Agile methodology is essential, as is experience with end-user design practices and evaluating workflows for efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, the individual will partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision and articulate a product perspective, continuously optimize live user workflows and capabilities based on metrics and feedback, and develop detailed user stories with measurable outcomes. They will also write short- and long-term roadmaps, assuming ongoing iteration, and collaborate with internal teams and end users to define requirements and solution design. Additionally, the role involves monitoring key metrics, supporting teams throughout execution, and leveraging AI infrastructure and capability to infuse the patient engagement and care platform with new features built on LLMs and agentic AI, ultimately delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes.
