Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). A Master's degree is a plus
  • Deep expertise and 12+ years hands-on experience in a technical role such as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or a similar customer-facing technical position within the hardware, networking, or enterprise software industry
  • Hands-on experience deploying systems, networking, and storage in combination with Docker containers, Kubernetes, service-oriented architecture
  • Excellent balance of deep technical knowledge of how IT deploys solutions and how to introduce new capabilities
  • World-class communication skills with a proven ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, research, developer relations, and go-to-market teams
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Work with DGX product management to design, build, and document reference architectures and solutions that showcase the capabilities of our hardware in real-world customer environments, including hands-on lab work to validate performance, interoperability, and scalability
  • Develop a wide range of technical marketing collateral, including white papers, solution briefs, technical presentations, demonstration videos, and blog posts, to articulate the technical differentiation and value of our products
  • Act as the primary technical resource for our global sales and channel partners; develop and deliver compelling technical training, presentations, and demonstrations to enable them to effectively position and sell our solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the field to the product management and engineering teams; provide valuable feedback on product features, functionality, and future roadmap direction based on market insights and customer interactions
  • Work on demos and support product positioning and messaging jointly with product marketing
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of competitive products and solutions; develop and maintain a repository of competitive intelligence to help position our products effectively
