Expertise in designing and architecting AI solutions for complex problems, analyzing business requirements, and proposing machine learning models and algorithms

Responsibilities

Conducting advanced research in AI and machine learning, exploring emerging technologies, and identifying opportunities for business problems
Designing and architecting AI solutions for complex problems based on business requirements and constraints
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, including best practices, code/design reviews, and overcoming challenges
Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure project implementation
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in AI/ML practices, identifying improvements, and promoting best practices
Evaluating and integrating third-party tools or services to enhance AI solutions
Facilitating design review sessions for projects, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices
Mentoring junior team members during review sessions
Collaborating with engineering manager and team lead to refine design and implementation strategies, providing feedback to peers
Participating in and coordinating meetings for effective team communication
Independently preparing and delivering detailed presentations and reports to stakeholders
Interpreting and reporting data findings; maintaining/updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods
Designing and developing solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns, as applicable
