Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent while delivering the best partnering experience to candidates and hiring teams
Experience driving excellence in recruiting business partnering with senior leaders (operate as a partner, not a service provider)
Delivered results in DEI recruiting by driving best practices such as diverse slate, mitigating biases, and holding leaders accountable
Use data to support hiring recommendations, retro processes, identify blockers, and communicate solutions
Take ownership for ensuring a positive candidate experience and have technical sourcing skills to build pipelines of passive talent
Work smart, optimizing for automation, sharing knowledge, and resources for scalable efficiency
Data Driven: Systematically use data to inform strategies and influence stakeholders and candidates
Flexible & Adaptable: Switch effectively between tasks, handle changing workload and priorities, adaptable self-starter using initiative

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions with focus on Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design roles in Wise’s Asia Pacific offices, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Build top of funnel candidate pools and efficiently manage candidate pipelines to meet business hiring needs
Devise and execute sourcing strategies to build passive candidate pools and increase sourced candidate conversion for technical and niche roles
Provide excellent candidate experience throughout their application journey
Build rapport and establish trust with hiring leads as their strategic recruitment partner through subject matter expertise, data-driven decisions, and effective hiring delivery
Partner with global recruitment teams on broader initiatives, providing regional perspective and contributing to process and capability enhancements
Collaborate closely with the wider APAC people team to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding journeys
Lead and participate in regional initiatives to boost employer brand and attract passive talent
