As a Senior Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers, creating processes for autonomous operation and maintaining high quality standards for AI/ML product delivery. You will drive architectural strategy for AI/ML systems, particularly focusing on implementing LLM-powered features and GenAI applications, guide the development of AI and ML-driven personalization systems, and foster strong working relationships across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure successful integration of AI and ML systems. Additionally, you will create ambitious roadmaps, be accountable for team commitments, invest in team growth, and establish impactful mentorship relationships to drive higher quality AI/ML system design and implementation.
