Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of industry experience in complex system validation campaigns. Past technical test experience is required, and proficiency in basic statistics and probability is essential. Management experience is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Engineer, Fleet Validation Lead will analyze the Operational Design Domain (ODD) and service duty cycle requirements to propose fleet mileage collection requirements for validation campaigns. They will develop pragmatic statistical and technical arguments to optimize data collection efforts, manage a small team of engineers, produce dashboards for tracking mileage collection and findings, troubleshoot blockers, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, perform data analysis and report test results, and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
