Requirements

  • 5+ years managing Linux and Windows environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Extensive experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter, plus exposure to Proxmox, Nutanix, Hyper-V, and KVM; skilled in AWS and Azure deployments
  • Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, and image creation tools like Packer
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and similar platforms
  • Strong background with Docker and Kubernetes for building and managing containerized applications
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, and identity management (Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Advanced scripting in Python, Bash, and PowerShell; exposure to monitoring tools such as Nagios and Icinga
