Required qualifications include a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, 8+ years in development, strong proficiency in C/C++, experience with Linux Kernel internals (block subsystem, IO stack, memory management, scheduling), familiarity with storage protocols like NVMe, networking fundamentals, RDMA technologies, and cloud computing concepts. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and perseverance in debugging complex problems are also needed. Proven experience in designing distributed systems is essential, with advantages for block storage, networking, and cloud environments.

A strong candidate will have 8+ years of experience designing and developing distributed systems, strong C/C++ proficiency, deep Linux Kernel knowledge especially in block storage and IO, plus expertise in NVMe, RDMA, networking, and cloud concepts, along with excellent communication and perseverance in solving complex issues.
