Requirements

Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration, preferably using Terraform or OpenTofu
Proficient with tools and tech like Helm Charts, Kubernetes, Istio
Strong communication skills to drive initiatives and decisions inside and outside the team
At least 5 years of experience in system engineering, including at least 3 years working with Azure cloud services
Technical excellence combined with mentorship skills, providing hands-on guidance and collaborative problem-solving
Automation-first mindset, aiming to make every process predictable and automated
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure
Evidence of significant work experience with Azure (plus)
Work experience as software developer (plus)
Networking experience, including VPN configuration (plus)

Based in Kraków (hybrid work model)

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure customers have access to the best Azure features
Guarantee the availability and reliability of the managed hosting service provided to customers
Implement and contribute to best practices for cloud security, compliance, and disaster recovery
Ensure the solution runs in a compliant, secure, and cost-effective way
Participate in the on-call pool to ensure maximum reliability, high availability, and uptime
Help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring resilience, availability, and scalability
Contribute to increasing operational efficiency and bringing overall cloud costs under control
