Working knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, and Shell
Experience deploying Java applications, JVM tuning, Tomcat
Experience with Cloud (AWS or Google Cloud), as well as expertise with Linux/Unix systems
Exposure to DEVOPS tools such as Travis CI, GitLabs, Jenkins, GoCD, Chef, Salt, Puppet, Terraform, Cloud formation
Designed and/or built mission critical services (large scale internet or cloud-based services) and proven experience with production systems and dealing with production issues

Responsibilities

Work with customers and partners in implementation projects around the globe, guiding them to success
Collaborate closely with BE Engineers, FE Engineers, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts on delivering Backbase software to customers
Take ownership of projects and enable customers to set up environments from test to production
Analyze customer situations, needs, and existing setups to provide documented guidelines for implementation
Give advice on security standards and optimizing performance
Design, develop, and oversee implementation of solutions that improve stability, scalability, availability, and latency of the product
Provide solutions instead of workarounds
Maintain close contact with customers and partners to gather input for improving the product in collaboration with R&D teams
