Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, SCM, or a related field. Experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as demand/supply strategy, is preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI are required, along with experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

The Senior Supply Chain role involves establishing weekly and quarterly operational demand and trade orders to develop the Master Production Schedule for Contract Manufacturers, creating and managing work orders and generating delivery notes for shipment, planning weekly/quarterly freight mode optimization, developing HDD allocation plans between Contract Management sites, ensuring timely HDD supply, working with factory, logistics, and operational teams to resolve issues, managing product transitions with appropriate buffers, collaborating on return shipment for rework, maintaining FG sourcing and BOM, managing tooling, executing inventory control and reconciliation, and monitoring CM performance and QBR scores.
