Requirements

Understand the IMS policy and be able to apply and contribute to the organization to achieve intended outcome
Follow QMS, EHS, ESD procedures and HR rules and regulations

Responsibilities

Monitor and report department goals and targets
Monitor and report yield or quality issues to manager to ensure issues affecting production are immediately addressed
Control work in process and output
Utilize manpower for maximum efficiency and improve UPH
Improve LAR and DPPM to satisfy internal and external customers
Minimize usage of direct and indirect materials
Reduce and improve absenteeism of subordinates
Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with rules and regulations to prevent nonconformance
Communicate company information to subordinates under supervision
Direct and supervise employees in the responsible unit to follow regulations and work instructions
Analyze work of the responsible unit to identify risks or dangers (JSA or HIRAC), collaborate with EHS officers and manager to mitigate risks
Teach correct working procedures to employees for safe working
Ensure working conditions of machinery, tools, and equipment are safe before starting daily work
Direct and supervise use of personal protective equipment by employees
Report accidents, illness, or annoyance caused by work of subordinates to manager and safety officers
Investigate causes of accidents, illness, or annoyance in collaboration with EHS officer
Promote and support EHS activities (e.g., waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting)
Supervise subordinates to achieve company goals and targets for UPH, LAR, DPPM, absenteeism, cost, cycle time for continual improvement and customer satisfaction
Prioritize assigned work and resources to meet committed deliverables aligned to organization goals
Monitor and develop skills and attributes of subordinates to ensure they can perform tasks and match WD culture
Work across functional teams to identify and resolve problems, including identifying opportunities to improve effective and efficient workflow
Production planning: Plan Daily Build Plan (going rate, materials, and manpower)
Assign work to achieve delivery
