Requirements

  • Master's degree in mechanics, automation, robotics, industrial engineering or similar
  • Well-developed skill in understanding technical documentation (pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical)
  • Communicative Polish language
  • Communicative English knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom classifications, contamination control, and environmental monitoring systems
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 14644, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Proficient in using maintenance software (CMMS preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Experience and knowledge in corrective, preventive, and predictive equipment maintenance
  • Practical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment and network
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
  • Experience in maintenance processes optimization projects
  • Nice to have: SEP G1 D, G2 D, G3 D certificates
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
  • Nice to have: Experience within MedTech, pharma, food or any highly regulated environment based on GMP standards
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and procedures linked with process validations (SPC, MSA, GageR&R etc.)
  • Nice to have: Experience in semiconductor, biotech, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and cleanroom design principles
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance
  • Supervise and lead a team of cleanroom maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, HEPA filtration, compressed air, vacuum, and other cleanroom systems
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Engineering teams to maintain cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO Class 5-8 environments)
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleanroom facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage cleanroom gowning protocols, particle count monitoring, and other environmental controls
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance logs are maintained according to GMP and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment calibration, certification, and repairs
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on cleanroom procedures, troubleshooting, and safety
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency
  • Respond to emergencies and equipment failures in a timely manner to minimize downtime
