7+ years of agency experience in social and integrated strategy
Proven track record of developing successful, social-first strategies and enhancing brands’ social media presence
Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) from paid and organic perspectives
Expertise in designing and implementing impactful social media strategies that resonate with audiences
Ability to create engaging content that connects with target demographics and articulates a brand’s unique narrative
Passion for evaluating campaign performance and optimizing strategies through data-driven insights
Thrive in team settings, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and fostering creativity

Responsibilities

Identify and leverage emerging trends, translating them into actionable strategies based on audience insights, platform dynamics, and client objectives

Craft inspiring and clear creative briefs for the creative team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement brand strategies across all channels and touchpoints
Provide strategic oversight for content development, ensuring alignment with goals
Lead always-on strategy development, advising on content, platform selection, and measurement
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Mentor and develop junior strategists for high-quality execution
Stay informed on industry best practices and platform capabilities, making proactive recommendations for enhancements
