Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong experience using SQL to query large databases and join multiple data sources
Background in statistics and multivariate techniques (e.g., experience with R)
Ability to quickly understand and work with diverse data sources
Experience with GitHub, AWS Redshift, and/or Snowflake
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Commitment to ethical practices and delivering fair, unbiased solutions
Live within a commutable distance (90 minutes) of St. Paul, MN, and work in offices 3 days each week (hybrid)
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience querying large databases (SQL)
Master’s degree in business data analytics, data science, or similar
Experience with Hadoop, Qualtrics, and Python
Familiarity with topic modeling and leveraging LLMs for analyzing unstructured data (AWS or Azure)
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain production environments for modeled survey data, including StreamSets pipelines and APIs, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analytics
Research operational data sources to design logic for triggering customer experience surveys and building sample frames
Collaborate with technical teams to implement code that identifies customer events and triggers Qualtrics surveys
Validate survey execution using data testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy
Analyze survey results and enrich response data with operational, behavioral, and transactional data to deliver decision-ready insights
Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to tell the story behind the data
Model survey data to support ROI initiatives, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Wallet Allocation Rule (WAR)
Recommend NPS and attribute metric goals using Strategic Insights methodology
Troubleshoot issues in operational data sources, survey design, execution, and reporting
Communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and the XM team
