Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional cloud engineering experience in Public and Hybrid cloud technologies with focus on file and object storage
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise storage platforms (Dell PowerScale, Pure FlashBlade, Hitachi NAS, IBM COS, AWS S3)
  • Experience with high-availability, distributed systems and services in hosting environments including hardware, OS, storage, network, and database solutions
  • Experience with programming, scripting, and automation tools (Python, Git, Jenkins, REST APIs)
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • AWS and/or Azure certifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain global File (NAS) and Object Storage (S3) Infrastructure
  • Manage lifecycle of NAS hardware/software including PowerScale and Pure FlashBlade platforms and S3 Object storage hardware/software including IBM COS & MinIO or equivalent
  • Support Adobe's growing multi-petabyte storage services in private and public cloud locations
  • Develop automation scripts and tools for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Provide support for performance tuning efforts and vendor interactions
  • Support a 24x7 distributed enterprise environment
  • Participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation responding to alerts and issues from other team members
