Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science or engineering, along with 5+ years of experience in embedded software development and a strong understanding of Linux operating systems. They must have expertise in C/C+ programming and a good knowledge of 802.11 WLAN protocols, network technology, Wi-Fi /TCP&IP stack/L2 Switching/L3 Routing etc.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Staff- WLAN/WIFI Developer will design and develop software for Access points, contribute to functional specifications and product definitions, independently and rapidly develop software in an Agile environment, create unit test strategies, and possess a strong desire to learn new tools and technologies. They will also monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
