Responsibilities

Define technical directions for the Cloud domain, influencing standards, practices, and architectural decisions beyond your team, even without formal authority
Build the long-term technical vision for critical domains, defining engineering golden paths used across the entire company
Balance trade-offs between short and long term, local vs. global, optimization vs. time-to-market
Lead cross-team and cross-domain projects, ensuring efficient execution, influencing EMs, PMs, and technical leadership to converge on strategic solutions
Act as a bar-raiser, participating in hiring, promotions, and evaluations, helping to elevate the company's technical level
