The Senior Staff Software Engineer will proactively identify opportunities for impact within the engineering organization, own the direction and execution of organization-wide technical efforts, contribute hands-on to areas with high business risk, break down complex projects into manageable systems, create architectural best practice documents for consumption by the broader engineering organization, upskill staff engineers, inform buy vs. build decisions, and deeply understand customer, partner, and product team needs while representing their teams in technical conversations with company leadership.
