Candidates should have 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution. Senior-level experience with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives is required, along with experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop is necessary, as is a strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excellent communication skills are also essential. In-house product experience is required, and agency experience is a plus. Conversational AI experience is a bonus.
The Senior/Staff Product Designer will drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, leveraging design thinking to influence product strategy and business outcomes. They will design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution, considering every interaction, animation, and transition. Responsibilities include championing design excellence by treating product as an extension of the brand, leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders, and taking senior-level ownership with autonomy to drive major product initiatives and influence company-wide design decisions. The role also involves strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards.
