Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, specifically with React and Typescript. Experience with GraphQL and micro frontend architectures is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with design systems and component libraries (such as Material-UI or Ant Design) is required. Familiarity with testing frameworks like React Testing Library and Cypress is also necessary. Experience with GCP, Aliyun, K8S, CDN, and Cloudflare deployment practices is a plus.
The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for coding high-quality products using React and Typescript, building micro FE web applications, leveraging Apollo GraphQL for backend integration, collaborating with design teams on design systems and components, delivering NPM packages and widgets, deploying micro FE and node.js services using GitLab CICD, writing unit and e2e tests with high coverage, building nocode/serverless CMS systems, and actively researching cutting-edge technologies to drive product development and address technical debt. They will also contribute to building a next-generation billing platform that serves both Airwallex internally and as an easy-to-integrate product for customers.
