Requirements

Deep technical expertise in enterprise security engineering
Experience architecting and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Expertise in authentication standards, including Single Sign-On (SSO), phishing-resistant Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
Proficiency in designing and enforcing security policies for SaaS applications using tools like SSPM (SaaS Security Posture Management)
Skills in developing and automating identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver) using SCIM and APIs
Experience leading security automation roadmaps and building custom automation scripts/integrations (e.g., Python for SIEM, EDR, IAM, Ticketing)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for managing secure configurations and enforcing policies across code repos, MDM, and cloud environments
Expertise in engineering, deploying, and managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, especially for MacOS and various OS fleets
Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining network security controls (next-generation firewalls, secure web gateways, VPNs, micro-segmentation)
Builder's mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
Excellent communication skills to influence security culture and work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
Highly motivated with experience as a technical leader driving large security initiatives

Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise-wide IAM and PAM solutions
Own implementation and maintenance of SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
Design and enforce security policies for critical SaaS applications using SSPM tools
Develop and automate full identity lifecycle processes using SCIM and APIs
Lead the security automation roadmap for Enterprise Security, identifying efficiency gains
Design and build custom automation scripts and integrations (e.g., Python) connecting security tools (SIEM, EDR, IAM, Ticketing)
Utilize IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) to manage secure configurations and enforce policies at scale across code repos, MDM, and cloud environments
Engineer, deploy, and manage EDR and MDM platforms for full coverage, compliance, and incident response across endpoints (primarily MacOS)
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network security controls, including next-generation firewalls, secure web gateways, VPNs, and micro-segmentation
Impact vision and hands-on execution of securing enterprise infrastructure and systems company-wide
Work cross-functionally to integrate security seamlessly, automate controls, and mentor teams to build secure-by-default solutions
