Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Coupa preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and reporting
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Reconcile daily bank and vendor statements to ensure accurate financial records, promptly addressing discrepancies and maintaining data integrity
Collect, classify, and record accounting documents in electronic journals and ledgers, ensuring an organized digital record-keeping system
Assist with month-end closing, prepare VAT reports, and contribute to financial reporting, ensuring compliance and timely report submissions
Maintain timely communication with vendors to collect necessary documentation and resolve outstanding financial issues
Track and update monthly reports, reconciliations, and CAPEX items, aligning with company accounting practices and financial objectives
Process invoices and expense reports through the ERP system (NetSuite), while responding promptly to ad-hoc financial requests
