Requirements

8+ years of experience with Linux systems administration
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and scripting (Python or similar)
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration principles
Familiarity with 24/7 production support environments, change management, and operational best practices
Experience with AWS cloud platforms is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Deploy, support, and maintain the company’s Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and AWS EKS)
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues
Participate in an on-call rotation covering services in India and U.S. regions
Drive continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, and automation
