Requirements

12-15 years of experience in project management
Confirmed experience in delivering AI/ML projects with technical depth
Confirmed understanding of AI technologies including ML algorithms, Generative AI models, and Agentic systems
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical field
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills
Ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive transparency in execution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI toolkits
Familiarity with data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices
Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations

Responsibilities

Lead and handle AI-focused projects including those involving Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic workflows
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
Develop detailed project plans, handle timelines, budgets, and prioritisation
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business collaborators to ensure successful project execution
Identify and minimise risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery
Communicate project status, achievements, and risks clearly and effectively to partners
Develop team teamwork and maintain high levels of motivation and accountability
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI-related projects, provide support for technical designs, prepare comprehensive portfolio roadmaps and project plans, and manage stakeholder relationships to successfully drive complex AI initiatives across cross-functional teams
