Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in project management
  • Confirmed experience in delivering AI/ML projects with technical depth
  • Confirmed understanding of AI technologies including ML algorithms, Generative AI models, and Agentic systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical field
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
  • Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills
  • Ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive transparency in execution
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI toolkits
  • Familiarity with data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead and handle AI-focused projects including those involving Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic workflows
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, handle timelines, budgets, and prioritisation
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business collaborators to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and minimise risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery
  • Communicate project status, achievements, and risks clearly and effectively to partners
  • Develop team teamwork and maintain high levels of motivation and accountability
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI-related projects, provide support for technical designs, prepare comprehensive portfolio roadmaps and project plans, and manage stakeholder relationships to successfully drive complex AI initiatives across cross-functional teams
