Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience
  • CSPO, CSM, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified AI Practitioner preferred
  • Experience with data analytics tools like AWS QuickSight and/or Power BI
  • Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Passion for product development and strong product background
  • Strong Agile experience, capable of leading development teams through sprints and ceremonies
  • Adept at project management, coordinating across multiple products and organizations
  • Comfortable working across time zones (MST to CET) and building relationships virtually/in-person
  • Ability to work independently, embrace ambiguity, and drive progress

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development efforts for assigned applications from current state to modernized state
  • Translate business and technical feature requests into well-defined JIRA features and stories with acceptance criteria
  • Own multiple product backlogs in JIRA and keep eye on the roadmap
  • Communicate with agile, business, technical teams, and management
  • Monitor team performance, sprint capacity, and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions
  • Provide timely status updates to technical and business teams
  • Monitor project resource spend and cloud costs
  • Lead agile teams (engineers, testers, UX) in developing requirements and all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, standups, backlog refinement)
  • Develop project plans and coordinate with internal teams on dependencies and critical path items
  • Use tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Monday.com to track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Build framework to track and coordinate key deliverables across products and upstream organization, identifying risks
  • Work across multiple teams and disciplines
